Please do not use the reviews section of the App Catalog or App Store-- we can't help you solve your problem because we have no way of contacting you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Palm WebOS

Rhythm

Q. Rhythm sits at the splash screen and doesn't progress. How do I fix it?
A. It is very likely one of the sites you had added to your list published an article containing content which the database did not like. Reinstalling the app is the only way to fix this. Please email support with the list of sites you had entered to make sure this problem is solved in a future update.

Q. How do you refresh feeds manually?
A. From the main feed menu, drag the page down until you see the "pull down to refresh" text. Release the page to refresh.

World Weather Watch

Q. Why does World Weather Watch not appear to load?
A. First, try restarting your phone. If that does not appear to work, the geo location service (GeoNames) or the weather service may temporarily down. If this is the case, please wait an hour or so and try again.

Stickyman

Q. How do you delete a sticky note?
A. To delete a sticky note, double tap the note in the application and then tap the trash can icon in the bottom left of the editor.

Q. How do you uninstall the sticky notes from the wallpaper?
A. To uninstall all of the sticky notes, just set any wallpaper through the photo app.

Q. Can you edit sticky notes directly from your wallpaper?
A. No, you must open the application in order to edit sticky notes.

Weatherman

Q. How do you completely uninstall Weatherman?
A. To uninstall Weatherman or Weatherman Lite, turn automatic updates off in the settings screen. If your wallpaper is not automatically set back to a photo, simply set another wallpaper in the photos app. Once you have turned Weatherman off you can also uninstall the application by holding the blob key (orange or white) and tapping the app icon at the same time.

Q. Weatherman is not updating at my defined interval. Why, and how can I fix this?
A. There are a few steps you should go through before contacting support about this issue.
  1. Make sure Weatherman is on and configured correctly. Weatherman will not update if GPS is turned off and no ZIP code is available.
  2. Be sure that your interval is set correctly. If it is not set to the value you expected, change it and wait for the next update.
  3. Hit refresh now, then wait for the next update. Hitting refresh now will reset the update timer and possibly solve your problem.
  4. Turn Weatherman off and on again. This is another method of resetting the update timer.
  5. Reinstall the application. Sometimes a fresh start is best. Uninstall the application by holding the orange/white blob key and tapping the app icon (WebOS) or holding the icon on the main screen (iPhone, iPod, iPad). You will not be charged twice for an application.
